On a day-to-day basis, I’m usually always bare-faced with only a tint of eyebrow pencil and a nourishing lip balm on. I prioritize skincare and a hydrated base (versus applying makeup) to give me that glow. I hate when I have cakey makeup on. With that being said, when I have a date or am going out with girlfriends, I take my usual no-makeup makeup look up a notch. This is my minimal makeup routine for winter. Nothing too heavy, but enough to warm up my complexion.

FOR FOUNDATION: I use a clean, light-weight foundation. This one from Ilia acts as more of a serum with ingredients including Niacinamide, Squalane, and Hyaluronic Acid.

FOR CONTOUR: I’m not a huge fan of the lined, contour look. Instead, I lightly apply the Chanel cream bronzer under my cheekbones, blending upwards, making sure I have little product on my buffer brush. If I want a little extra, I’ll buff Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer on top.

FOR HIGHLIGHTER: The cream highlighter from RMS gives the most beautiful, natural glow that’s unlike any other.

FOR BROWS: The Anastasia pencil is amazing.

FOR EYES: For definition, I’ll use medium-toned brown shades all over my entire lid, blended into the crease, and along the lashline. I find this doesn’t look too harsh on my fair skintone. Mac Saddle, Soft Brown, and Swiss Chocolate have been my go-to eyeshadows.

FOR LIPS: My current lip combo is the Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner in “Iconic Nude” with Marc Jacobs “Pretty Thing” gloss on top. Instead of defining my cupid’s bow with the liner, I’ll fill in that area (very ’90s) for a pouty look.
